Authorize - Worst customer service representatives
I contacted authorize.net customer support for questions regarding international transactions and found the representative extremely rude and socially inept in talking me through my concerns.He was condescending and frankly, unhelpful in answering my questions.
They talk in circles and cannot give you a YES or a NO, but instead, ATTACK your intelligence with sarcastic questions that make you feel like you are bothering them by calling. It is obvious they do not get enough training in what they are helping you with because I could not get a straight yes or no and had my questions answered back with questions. My colleague and I decided to research the solution on google because we couldn't stand another second with the rep.
When you ask to speak to their supervisor they refuse to do so.Will be looking for another vendor asap.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Need more training on better customer service support.
