They have no tech support. Any questiohs regarding technical they do not know. No tech staff there. Keep telling my developer should know everything.

All the reference article is poorly written. terrible customer service. unlike Pay Pal everything is for the developers not for customers.

they could not answer. Ask your developer is answer.

They resrict themselves from the customers by not giving easy explanation or access.

This happened many times for many issues.

I can not understand why they make customers difficult. I think they are too big to fail and they do not care.

their chatting box is too small to view and no rating system. they must be afraid of being rated.
